If the delivery is lost or seized, we will cover the costs of reshipment
Package seizure is extremely rare, mostly inexistent in US, occurring periodically in Switzerland and neighboring countries, due to their strictness and regulation of the watch industry and watches passing customs in general. To avoid fraud, proof of seizure will be required to send out a new watch.
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping details. Reshipment will not be covered in case of incorrect addresses. Contact the carrier(DHL, EML) to edit the delivery address.
The customer is responsible for any customs duties or import fees.
