All grades: 12-month movement warranty
This 12-month warranty covers the movement only, ensuring your watch keeps accurate time. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, scratches, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. This warranty exclusively covers manufacturer’s defects and mechanical malfunctions. Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for non-defective items simply due to a change of mind or personal preference. Watches with damage inflicted by the client—including water damage, drops, unauthorized modifications, or opening of the caseback—are not qualified for a return or repair under warranty. Treat your watch with care, and it will serve you well!

All orders made on our site are guaranteed to arrive as described. We will provide a refund or exchange if your order arrives defective (featuring a manufacturing flaw or transit damage) and meets the requirements of our return policy. We issue refunds by the same method that was used by the customer to initially pay for the order.
