Refunds and returns


Our clients are eligible for returns and refunds within 30 days of the package delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, however, don’t hesitate to contact our customer support and we will try our best to resolve your problem.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It is a good practice to film unboxing videos, to help us troubleshoot the delivery issues.


In case of refunds for AAA and Superclone grade watches, the items must be sent back to our warehouse by the courier.

For AAA and Superclone grade refunds that are not defected or damaged upon delivery, a $99 restocking fee will be applied.

A grade watches are refunded only in case of watch defects. Small divergence between A grade and Authentic watch in finishing and feel is acceptable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

If bought separately, the branded AP box will not be refunded, unless damaged or defective.

To ease the refund process in case of a defect, it is advised to film your unboxing experience.

Clearance sale items

Clearance sale items cannot be refunded.


We will replace the defective or damaged upon delivery watches. Contact customer support to initiate an exchange process.

Shipping Returns

The return address will be provided by our customer service.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To lower shipping costs, there is no need to return the watch box, if you are expecting an exchange.

If you are returning more expensive items such as Superclone grade watches, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
